Job DescriptionJob Title: Community Relations Coordinator (Part-Time) Location: Houston, TX 77046 (Greenway Plaza) Pay Rate: $27-$28/hr Schedule: Part-Time - Flexible hours, core availability 12 PM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday About the Role We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our Community Relations & Employee Engagement team. This part-time role supports employee ticket distribution and engagement initiatives, serving as a key point of contact for employees and internal partners. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a customer-facing environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure ticket requests are handled professionally, accurately, and on time while providing exceptional customer service. Although basic tracking and reporting are required, the main priority is delivering a positive and responsive experience for employees. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding ticket availability, requests, and usage guidelines, • Communicate clearly and professionally via email, phone, and in-person interactions, • Distribute and track tickets for events such as the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and Houston Astros games, • Maintain accurate ticket logs and tracking spreadsheets using Excel, • Assist with basic reporting related to ticket usage, employee participation, and inventory levels, • Identify and communicate recurring questions or process gaps to support continuous improvementWorking Conditions, • Consistent availability Monday through Friday, noon to 6:00 p.m. (five days per week), • Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required based on ticketing events, • Role may be performed remotely as needed, provided availability and responsiveness expectations are met, • Interviews will be conducted in person at Greenway Plaza in HoustonRequired Skills & Qualifications, • Customer Service experience in a customer-facing role, • Proficiency in Excel for data entry and tracking, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • High attention to detail and proven reliabilityPreferred Qualifications, • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas), • Basic Data Analytics experience, • Experience supporting metrics or dashboards in an administrative or customer-service environmentReady to join our team?
