The starting cash range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000. Please note that this is a target, starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. Future Grads supports its students to and through college graduation. POSITION OVERVIEW The College Success Manager will work with the North County high school team to provide the resources, support, tools and navigational skills students need to successfully pursue and complete higher education. The College Success Manager will work with a caseload of high school students from partner schools in the Jefferson Union High School District and South San Francisco Union High School District. Future Grads staff will support students with the college application process and play a key role in ensuring seamless implementation of the Future Grads program. This program addresses the need for quality college advising in a community where few parents have historically attended college and where first-generation youth are not receiving the services they need to achieve their postsecondary goals.
