Responsibilities • Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner, • Accurately assess customer’s needs and provide solutions to meet their expectations, • Serve as the customer advocate within the department, • Provide guests with accurate information regarding service plans, services and parts, • Process all incoming service calls, write up ticket requests, and make follow-up arrangements, • Work closely with technicians to ensure quality repairs are completed in a timely manner, • Maintain a close relationship with guests for future and repeat business, • Handle customer concerns promptly and respectfully, • Update guests regarding status of their repair throughout the process, • Resolve customer complaints quickly and appropriately, • Maintain clean and orderly documents, files, workstation, and other areas in accordance with company standards Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent, • 2+ years’ experience as a Service Advisor, • Previous experience working in an automotive dealership repair facility a must, • Detailed knowledge of automotive repair theory, terminology, and procedures, • Proven customer service/relations experience, • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team EEOC Statement Oro Ford is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, gender, age, veteran status, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, or disability (in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act) with respect to employment opportunities.
