Best in Business, Health Services About the Role As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing proactive recruiting strategies to identify, engage, and build strong talent pipelines for positions designated by your leader. This role is focused on the full-cycle recruiting process, with an emphasis on market research, candidate identification, outreach, and pipeline development across your assigned region. You will partner closely with business leaders to ensure a consistent flow of high quality, qualified candidates while driving efficiency, creativity, and data driven sourcing practices. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the business, the roles being sourced, and the external talent market, along with the ability to speak in data and manage sourcing funnels effectively. Key Responsibilities • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned corporate roles across multiple regions and levels., • Partner with hiring leaders to align on hiring priorities, target candidate profiles, and market conditions., • Conduct intake meetings to define role scope, competencies, and selection criteria., • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong and diverse talent pipelines., • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other sourcing platforms to identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates., • Screen and assess candidates through structured interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment., • Manage requisitions and candidate workflows within Workable, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data tracking., • Oversee interview coordination and guide hiring managers through structured evaluation and decision-making processes., • Maintain defined recruitment performance metrics, including time to fill, time to slate, pipeline conversion, and quality of hire., • Implement tracking mechanisms to measure sourcing effectiveness and source performance., • Partner with leadership to provide insights on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring feasibility., • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage., • Promote employer brand through professional, compliant outreach and engagement strategies., • Proactively identify recruitment challenges and recommend solutions to improve hiring outcomes., • Ensure compliance with all company policies, hiring procedures, and data protection requirements., • 3 to 5 years of corporate recruiting experience supporting exempt and non-exempt roles., • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced, high-growth environments., • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders., • Hands-on experience using Workable or other applicant tracking systems., • Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms., • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
