Job Description Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Location: Seattle, WA Contract Type: Travel Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3×12 Nights Pay: $2,415.60/week Completion Bonus: $2,500 per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts) Job Description ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Seattle, Washington. This role supports a high-acuity ICU environment caring for patients with severe and life-threatening conditions, including cardiac events, strokes, trauma, respiratory failure, and post-operative critical care needs. The ICU RN will provide advanced critical care services, manage ventilated and tracheostomy patients, support physicians during procedures, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based critical care. Key Responsibilities • Perform comprehensive assessments and develop critical care plans., • Provide advanced life support and wound care., • Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures., • Monitor and document vital signs and patient responses., • Manage and adjust ventilators, monitors, and advanced life-support equipment., • Administer IV fluids, medications, and continuous infusions., • Perform suctioning and airway management., • Respond to codes and life-saving emergencies using critical care protocols., • Act as patient advocate and provide family education and support., • Active Washington RN license or multi-state compact license (required at submission)., • Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required., • Required Certifications (AHA only):, • BLS, • ACLS, • ICU/critical care experience required., • Ability to float to LTAC units depending on facility census., • Strong clinical judgment and emergency response skills., • Weekly pay with competitive rates, • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • 401(k) retirement plan with company match, • Referral bonuses for referring talented professionals into our network ATC Healthcare has been a leader in healthcare staffing for nearly 40 years, offering personalized placement and support to healthcare professionals nationwide.
