The Assistant MHT Manager plays a vital role in onboarding new staff, orienting new residents, maintaining staffing coverage, and ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care within a residential behavioral health treatment center for adolescents. JOB-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Staff Training and Preceptorship • Act as a preceptor for all newly hired Mental Health Technicians and Lead Mental Health Technicians, providing structured orientation and support during onboarding., • Assist with the continued education and ongoing training of all MHT staff under the direction of the MHT Manager.
