The TransCare Program provides HIV/STI/HCV prevention, education, testing, and linkage-to-care services tailored to the unique needs of Transgender and Gender Non-Conforming/Non-Binary (TGNCNB) communities of color. Position Summary The TransCare Program Coordinator is a key member of IOOV’s LGBTQ+ Health Services team. This role is responsible for implementing evidence-based and homegrown interventions, overseeing HIV/STI/HCV awareness and prevention initiatives, conducting risk assessments, and managing general program operations. The Coordinator will also supervise staff, facilitate outreach, and develop culturally responsive programming to reduce health disparities among TGNCNB communities.
