The ideal candidate will be skilled in scrubbing and circulating complex cardiovascular and vascular surgeries and thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Key Responsibilities • Assist with all phases of cardiovascular and vascular surgical procedures, • Scrub and circulate for complex vascular cases, including CABG, TAVR, MAZE, valve replacements, aneurysm repairs, and LVAD procedures, • Maintain a sterile environment and ensure accurate instrument handling, • Collaborate with surgeons, perfusionists, and anesthesia staff during procedures, • Adhere to hospital safety and infection control protocolsRequirements, • Active RN License: South Carolina or Compact, • Experience: Minimum 2 years in CVOR required, • Certifications: BLS, ACLS (AHA required), • EMR Experience: EPIC preferred, • On-Call: 5–8 calls per month, including weekends and holidays, • Travel Experience: Not required, • Locals: Accepted within 60-mile radius (rate adjustments may apply)Unit Details, • Unit: Cardiovascular OR (CVOR), • Patient Ratio: 1:1, • Daily Volume: ~28 cases per day, • Operating Rooms: 10, • Common Procedures: Endovascular, TEVAR, FEVAR, AAA, EVAR, Carotid, Thrombectomy, Amputation, AV Fistula, • Support Staff: IV Teams, Respiratory Therapy, Pharmacy, Radiology, RRT, Unit SecretaryFacility Highlights, • Facility Type: Level I Trauma Center, Magnet Hospital, Teaching Facility, • Total Beds: 820, • Charting System: EPIC, • Scrub Color: Facility-specific Founded in 2015, HonorVet Technologies stands as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), proudly certified by NaVOBA and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
