Job Description About the Opportunity We are partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a Process Engineer to support and optimize operations across multiple production sites. This role focuses on developing scalable processes, improving efficiency, and driving quality and safety initiatives. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives on the production floor and enjoys leading process improvements across cross-functional teams. What You’ll Do • Develop, implement, and sustain manufacturing processes and production methods, • Create and manage APQP documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans, Standard Work, Work Instructions), • Perform process validation and qualification to ensure consistent, high-quality output, • Design processes aligned with OSHA safety standards and operational requirements, • Lead Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, • Analyze production data to reduce cycle times and improve efficiency, • Support capital projects (cost justification, equipment selection, implementation), • Lead equipment installation, commissioning, and operator training, • Align production capabilities with customer demand and capacity planning, • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and production teams What We’re Looking For Qualifications • Process design, development, and continuous improvement, • APQP methodologies (PFMEA, Control Plans, etc.), • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools, • Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills Why Join This Team • Stable, growing organization with multi-site exposure, • Profit sharing (historically 5%+ annually, with higher upside in strong years), • Opportunity to lead initiatives and make measurable impact, • Collaborative, team-oriented manufacturing environment Work Environment • Manufacturing / production setting, • Hands-on involvement on the production floor, • No direct reports, but leadership of cross-functional initiatives Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary (up to $75K), • Profit sharing program, • Health, dental, and life insurance, • 401(k) with company match, • Paid time off + holidays, • Tuition reimbursement Ideal Candidate Profile • Hands-on engineer comfortable in a plant environment, • Detail-oriented with strong process documentation discipline, • Proven track record of driving measurable operational improvements, • Effective at leading initiatives without direct authorityCompany DescriptionThroughout the past 30 years plus, MMC, one of the most trusted names in workforce management services, has successfully delivered strategic solutions to large and small businesses in numerous industries.
