Schedule & Pay • Night shift (PM):, • Monday–Wednesday, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, • Alternating with Tuesday–Friday, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, • $25–$32 per hour, based on relevant experience, • Cleanroom environment requiring a full bunny suit, including bonnet, mask, coveralls, gloves, and booties worn over shoes What You’ll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping manufacturing equipment operating at peak performance through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Perform preventive maintenance and support equipment installations, • Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment using mechanical, electronic, and software skills, • Improve tool uptime through effective problem solving and quality workmanship, • Document maintenance activities and update procedures as needed, • Maintain and support a variety of semiconductor and support equipment, including Dicing Saws, Etchers, Grinders, RO water systems, and related tools, • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities, • Experience with preventive maintenance and electronics, • Knowledge of pneumatics, pneumatic air valve controls, and small electronic components, • Understanding of semiconductor fabrication and small‑part manufacturing, • Ability to troubleshoot motors, AC/DC circuits, voltages, and currents, • Proficiency with mechanical motors, valves, electrical systems, and hand tools, • Ability to read and interpret schematics and perform basic data analysis, • AAS in Electronics, BS in Electronics Engineering Technology, or AS/BS in Physics or Math, • Military experience (service technician, aircraft mechanic, automotive mechanic, or similar), • Previous experience in a semiconductor fabrication facility, • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using common hand tools, • Basic to intermediate knowledge of AC/DC circuits and electrical fundamentals, • Demonstrated teamwork skills and flexibility to take on added responsibilities, • Valid driver’s licenseWhy You’ll Want to Work Here, • Career progression from Maintenance Technician 1 to 3, with raises based on experience and performance, • Quarterly production bonus, averaging $1,500 per employee when team goals are met, • Competitive hourly pay with clear growth opportunities, • Hands‑on work with advanced semiconductor equipment in a clean, high‑tech environment Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
