Job DescriptionJob Description We are looking for motivated individuals to join our CNC team! Whether you’re starting your career or have advanced experience, we have opportunities for growth. What You’ll Do • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CNC programs to ensure precision., • Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to maintain accuracy., • Apply GD&T principles to meet specifications., • Inspect parts using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)., • Calculate dimensions and tolerances to maintain high production standards., • Setting up CNC machines (tooling, workholding, offsets)., • Interpreting blueprints and GD&T., • Designing or fabricating basic fixtures., • Reading/editing G-code and making minor program adjustments., • Performing first-article inspections using precision tools., • Troubleshooting machining issues (tool wear, finish, dimensional variation)., • Loading/unloading parts and starting machine cycles., • Monitoring operations and performing basic measurements., • Following work instructions, safety procedures, and part orientation requirements., • Identifying defects or tool-wear issues., • Working independently after training and showing eagerness to learn.Skills & Qualifications, • High school diploma or GED., • 2+ years of CNC experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome)., • Ability to read blueprints and understand mechanical drawings., • Strong math skills and experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, gauges).
