Responsibilities include: • Perform clerical duties that assist in the overall productivity and organization of the assigned region., • Answer phone calls- routing to the appropriate recipient and take messages as necessary, • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems., • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail., • Office supply management and ordering., • Clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and scanning., • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes., • Write and distribute emails to the entire team as needed., • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner., • Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients, • Provide general support to visitors., • Support nurse manager, pharmacy manager, and operation director with office related tasks as requested., • Assist executive assistants with any assigned tasks including but not limited to on-site visits by the executive team., • Train new staff on use of basic office equipment including but not limited to phone system use, copier, and postage machine. Schedule: • Must be able to work in office- full time, 8:30am-5pm, 40 hours per week, • Must have medical administrative assistant experience- prefer home infusion knowledge, • Must be computer savvy knowing Microsoft Office suite- prefer experience with Insight, CPR+, Alayacare, and Concur.
