Your work will directly impact: • Pipeline growth, • Enterprise deal acceleration, • Market positioning Role Overview Safetrust is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead demand generation, enterprise marketing, and go-to-market execution. You will operate in a hands-on, high-impact environment, owning campaigns, content, digital strategy, and account-based marketing initiatives while working closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a build-and-scale environment, enjoys owning outcomes, and knows how to translate complex technology into compelling, revenue-driving messaging. What Youll Do Go-to-Market Strategy & Demand Generation • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned to Safetrusts platform and services model, • Build and run integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline, • Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting Global 1000 accounts, • Align messaging to highlight long-term customer value, services, and platform capabilities, • Own and optimize marketing automation in HubSpot (workflows, segmentation, reporting), • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling customer value propositions, • Help reposition Safetrust from hardware-focused to platform and services-driven, • Develop and maintain core marketing assets including:, • Sales presentations, • Solution collateral, • Case studies, • Product and platform messaging, • Own and evolve the Safetrust website to reflect a modern SaaS/platform company, • Partner with external agencies to redesign and optimize user experience, • Improve conversion paths, messaging clarity, and customer journey, • Lead Safetrusts social strategy with a focus on LinkedIn and enterprise audiences, • Develop consistent, high-quality content including blogs, insights, and industry perspectives, • Build thought leadership that positions Safetrust as a leader in identity and access innovation, • Partner with internal teams to create authentic, technically grounded content, • Plan and execute trade shows, field events, and partner activations, • Support development of immersive customer experiences (including demo environments), • Align event strategy with enterprise account targeting and ABM initiatives, • Partner closely with Sales on enterprise account strategy and deal support, • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to align messaging and launches, • Support product rollouts, beta programs, and service launches, • Analyze market trends across physical security, identity, and SaaS platforms, • Develop competitive positioning and messaging frameworks, • Create battle cards and insights to support enterprise sales efforts, • Understand Global 1000 buying behavior and procurement dynamics What You Bring • 46+ years of experience in B2B marketing within:, • SaaS, high-tech, cybersecurity, or physical security, • Experience with demand generation and campaign execution, • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM), • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (automation, reporting, segmentation), • Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling messaging, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment Preferred Experience • Experience supporting a shift from hardware to SaaS or services-based models, • Experience marketing to Global 1000 or large enterprise accounts, • Familiarity with access control, identity, BLE, NFC, or IoT ecosystems, • Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles What Sets You Apart • Ability to connect marketing strategy directly to revenue outcomes, • Strong ownership mindset with a bias for execution, • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building from the ground up, • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence, • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on delivery Success in This Role • Measurable pipeline growth driven by campaigns and ABM programs, • Clear and differentiated market positioning, • Strong engagement within target enterprise accounts, • Increased brand visibility and thought leadership presence, • High-quality marketing assets that support sales and customer outcomes, • Strong alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Product Why Join Safetrust • Help shape the go-to-market strategy of a growing global company, • Work directly with leadership on high-impact initiatives, • Own and influence marketing strategy and execution end-to-end, • Be part of a company transforming identity and access at scale, • Join a fast-moving team solving complex, real-world problems Growth & Opportunity This role offers the opportunity to grow into senior marketing leadership, with exposure to enterprise GTM strategy, product marketing, and revenue operations.
