Screen if 1st time travelers with level IV NICU exp. * Certfications:Certs marked with * are preferred BLS, NRP, PALS* Description: Day/Evening, 12 hour shift, 7:00am-7:30pm. Monday through Friday and required to work 2-3 weekends per 6-week scheduling period. Must have at least 2 years of total NICU III/IV experience, with at least 1 full year of Level IV NICU. (You may combine Level III and Level IV experience to reach the 2-year total, but a minimum of 1 year must be in a Level IV NICU.) Experience with post-op patients, g-tubes, trach/vents management, various modes of invasive/noninvasive ventilation. Epic experience required – preferred within the last 12 months Licensure and Certification: Traveler must have Wisconsin Registered Nurse license or compact license from their permanent address state. BLS – must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY NRP required Telemetry Traveler must have Basic Arrhythmia experience. Traveler will be required to pass Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start.
