We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Maintenance/Porters/Groundskeepers to help beautify and maintain our vibrant apartment communities across the Valley—covering Chandler, Tempe, Gilbert, Mesa, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Glendale! Porter/Groundskeeper Job Responsibilities: • Enhance Curb Appeal: Ensure our community shines and attracts residents!, • Light Painting: Take on touch-ups and full unit repaints to keep everything looking fresh., • Trash Duty: Keep the area tidy with regular trash pickups and assist in prepping vacant apartments for new residents., • Power Washing: Refresh building exteriors and pool areas for a sparkling clean look., • Pool Maintenance: Help keep our pool area neat by cleaning and organizing furniture., • Janitorial Tasks: Maintain cleanliness inside and outside to create a welcoming environment., • Housekeeping: Clean and maintain all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, offices, restrooms, fitness centers, and laundry rooms. Perform deep cleaning of vacant apartments to prepare for new residents (move-in/move-out cleaning)., • Lighting Duties: Replace bulbs along walkways and parking areas for safety and visibility., • Resident Communication: Deliver important notices with a friendly approach to our residents., • Team Support: Assist with various tasks to keep everything running smoothly. Maintenance Job Responsibilities: • Make Ready/Turning apartments in between resident occupancy, • Repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and all major appliances, • May be requested to assist in other areas of property including painting, grounds keeping, trash pick-up, pool maintenance, etc. depending on property needs., • No On-Call or Weekends: Enjoy a great work-life balance that fits your schedule!, • Convenient Locations: Work close to home!, • Weekly Pay: Get your paycheck every Thursday!, • Transportation Stipend: Enjoy reimbursement up to $5/day for public transport., • Enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working outdoors and staying active.
