Job Description LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager who will play a vital role in supporting the Property Manager in the daily operations of residential or commercial properties. This position ensures smooth property management by handling tenant relations, coordinating maintenance, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with financial reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused. Responsibilities • Serve as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests., • Assist in showing units to prospective tenants and processing applications., • Support lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs, including inspections and documentation., • Maintain positive relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention., • Schedule and follow up on maintenance work orders and repairs., • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff to ensure timely service delivery., • Conduct routine property inspections and report findings to the Property Manager., • Maintain accurate records of leases, tenant communications, maintenance logs, and compliance documents., • Prepare reports for internal use and for property owners or boards., • Assist in organizing board meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing meeting materials., • Support rent collection and monitor delinquencies., • Review and process invoices, chargebacks, and vendor payments., • Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports.Qualifications, • 1–3 years of experience in property management or a related field., • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, SiteCompli) and Microsoft Office Suite., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required., • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred.Hours:, • 9:00am-5:00pm, • Monday through FridayWorksite Type:, • 100% in officeEmployment Type:, • Contract/TemporaryAt LHH Recruitment Solutions, our colleagues specialize in eight different practice areas including Human Resources.
