About the Role As a Content Specialist, you'll report directly to the Head of Marketing and own the words, voice, and editorial strategy behind how Giftogram shows up in the market. This is a role for someone who thinks in systems. They can zoom out to map a full content strategy and zoom in to edit a sentence until it's exactly right. You'll be the keeper of Giftogram's brand voice, the engine behind our blog and long-form content, and the person who makes sure every asset, from a sales one-pager to a G2 review callout, sounds like Giftogram. You'll manage a mix of ongoing freelance writers and source new ones as project needs evolve, and you'll work closely with the Sales Enablement Specialist, Demand Gen Manager, and subject matter experts across the business to produce content that's accurate, on-brand, and built to perform. What You'll Do Content Strategy & Brand Voice • Own and evolve Giftogram's brand voice guidelines, ensuring consistency across every content format and channel, from website copy to sales decks to email sequences, • Think macro about content needs across the full GTM motion. Mapping what content exists, what's missing, and what should be prioritized based on pipeline stage, buyer type, and business goals, • Contribute content strategy and copy direction for social media, advising on how to repurpose and extend long-form content as social fodder across LinkedIn and other relevant channels, • Analytically articulate the role content plays in Giftogram's GTM motion, connecting content output to pipeline influence, SEO performance, and sales enablement impact, • Own the Giftogram blog end-to-end, including editorial calendar, topic ideation, writing, editing, publishing, and performance tracking, • Develop long-form content including guides, thought leadership articles, and use case-driven pieces that serve both SEO goals and buyer education across HR, marketing, sales, and consumer audiences, • Write social copy and develop content frameworks that translate blog posts, research, and campaigns into platform-native content for LinkedIn and beyond, • Partner with the Sales Enablement Specialist to write and edit customer-facing assets including one-pagers, pitch decks, capability overviews, and email sequences, ensuring brand voice and messaging consistency throughout, • Own the end-to-end production of case studies including coordinating with customers, sales, and internal stakeholders to capture the story, write the narrative, and package it for use across sales, marketing, and the website, • Manage an ongoing stable of freelance writers, both creative and technical, providing clear briefs, editorial feedback, and quality control to ensure output meets Giftogram's standards, • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or a writing-focused B2B marketing role, • Exceptional writing and editing skills across formats, you can write a compelling blog post, a crisp one-pager, and a punchy email sequence, and you know the difference between all three, • Working knowledge of SEO and AEO best practices, you understand how to write for both human readers and search engines, including how content performs within AI-powered search tools like Google's AI Overviews and Perplexity, • Experience with SEO tools such as Semrush or Ahrefs and web analytics platforms such as GA4, • Experience managing freelance writers or contributors, with the ability to brief, edit, and maintain quality at volume, • Familiarity with HubSpot for email content and basic campaign support, • Strategic thinker who can connect content output to business outcomes and communicate that connection clearly to stakeholders and executives, • Highly collaborative, you work well with sales, account managers, product, and marketing peers and know how to gather input without losing editorial control, • Familiarity with gift card, rewards, incentives, or loyalty categories, • Experience writing for multiple B2B buyer personas (HR, marketing, sales, finance), • Competitive base salary + discretionary annual performance bonus, • 401(k) with company match, • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, • On-site in Whippany, NJ, • 15 PTO days + paid holidays, • High-visibility role with direct impact on revenue and growth, • Collaborative, fast-moving team that values initiative and ideas, • A product people genuinely love sending and receiving Powered by JazzHR nGrOL1cbdM
