Financial Management: * Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, including cost control and expense management. * Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and profit optimization. * Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement activities. * Responsible for managing the facility budgets and P&L statement to ensure goals are met. * Be the spokesperson for the respective facility on monthly Cost At Completions (CAC) meetings. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: * Full understanding of manufacturing and program management functions. * Experience managing a book of business of $150m or more. * Strong understanding of client expectations and implements processes to ensure 100% satisfaction. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal. * Experience with Oracle and Change Management software.
