Job Description Lincoln Property Company is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Tenant Experience Manager to join our team at Ryan Tower in Plano, TX. This role is dedicated to creating an exceptional workplace experience for tenants through innovative programming, thoughtful events, and seamless operational support. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hospitality, event management, and property operations expertise, along with a passion for building community and strengthening tenant relationships. As a key member of the property management team, the Tenant Experience Manager will play an integral role in fostering engagement, supporting building operations, and ensuring Ryan Tower remains a premier destination for tenants and visitors alike. Overall Job Summary • Plan and execute tenant engagement programs and branded events, including logistics, catering, vendor coordination, and newsletters., • Cultivate strong tenant and community relationships while supporting move-ins, technology needs, and VIP visits., • Manage budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports that demonstrate engagement impact., • Support property operations by managing work orders, coordinating vendor services, and conducting facility inspections., • Provide administrative and office support, including phones, supplies, mail/packages, and correspondence., • Coordinate meeting logistics for both tenants and internal teams., • Work with the property management team to create and execute branded events designed to amplify owner and tenant value systems, foster an environment focused on community and connection, promote health and wellness, and develop time-saving convenience services., • Employ an entrepreneurial spirit to purchase, style, and maintain trending event décor and equipment., • Develop an understanding of ownership and tenant value systems, brand, tenant ESG initiatives, and return-to-office plans., • In collaboration with leasing teams, maintain working knowledge of building comps, competitor programming and amenities, and research prospective tenants to design tailored tour experiences., • Create and maintain a Tenant Engagement budget for the budget year and track expenses appropriately., • Manage engagement expenses, vendor invoicing, expense reporting, and client invoicing., • Assist in building a sense of culture across the property team, promote employee engagement, and engage in national training., • Implement and refine programming based on captured data to demonstrate tenant, • engagement's quantified impact by analyzing marketing strategies, building app data, required, • reporting, and milestone targets., • Review, prepare, and present impact reports, surveys, and presentations to program directors, asset managers, and colleagues both internally and externally., • Cultivate and sustain positive connections with local businesses, vendors, non-profits, and community outreach programs to remain good stewards of our neighborhoods., • Serve as the point of contact for tenant move-ins/move-outs, building technology liaison, tenant event requests, and VIP visits., • Think strategically to scale tenant engagement programming., • Support and coordinate meeting logistics with tenant contacts, including managing digital booking methods., • Document and escalate maintenance and facilities issues through the proper channels., • Learn basic AV troubleshooting to assist clients with in-room technology., • Monitor and maintain the property maintenance work order system and visitor entry software, ensuring timely response and follow-up with tenants and property staff to resolve issues., • Assist with scheduling and contracting vendor work throughout the building and communicate impacts clearly to tenants., • Provide event execution support by coordinating room setup, catering, vendor logistics, and newsletter content in collaboration with the Property Manager., • Ensure the office is stocked with supplies and maintains an organized workspace., • Provide full administrative support to the management office, including phones, mail/packages, reports, supplies, files, and correspondence., • Conduct facility inspections within the property as requested by the management team., • Support regular community programming, including events outside of standard business hours., • Schedule and coordinate internal property management team meetings, in addition to supporting tenant meeting logistics., • Exceptional customer service and hospitality., • Self-motivation and proactivity., • Communications, Hospitality, Retail, Travel, or Marketing, or industry-related curriculum; work experience in meeting planning preferred (hotel, convention center, corporate, or association)., • Minimum 1+ years of experience in meeting/event planning in government, corporate, or hotel and convention services., • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present ideas clearly, negotiate and persuade, and solve problems with a positive, innovative approach., • Ability to work independently as a project leader and as a collaborative team member., • Highly organized with accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through.
