Job Description We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong fashion and trend sensibility to help shape the visual direction of Hydrapeak across designing product, packaging, and retail. This role is ideal for someone who understands color trends, pattern development, and packaging aesthetics, and knows how to translate fashion and lifestyle trends into commercially successful retail products. You’ll work closely with product development, sales, and licensing teams to create designs that are not only beautiful—but shelf-ready, scalable, and aligned with current and future trends. Key Responsibilities • Design packaging, labels, hangtags, inserts, and PDQ / retail displays for stainless steel drinkware and accessories, • Create trend-driven graphics, patterns, and color palettes inspired by fashion, beauty, and lifestyle trends, • Research and present seasonal color, material, and graphic trends (CMF) relevant to mass and premium retail, • Translate trend insights into commercially viable designs for large retail partners, • Develop print-ready artwork and production files, including dielines and vendor-ready specs, • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and licensing teams to support new launches and custom programs, • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while allowing flexibility for trend-led collections, • Assist in building trend decks, mood boards, and design presentations for internal and buyer-facing meetings, • 3–6+ years of experience in graphic design for fashion, accessories, beauty, or consumer lifestyle products, • Strong understanding of color theory, trend forecasting, and seasonal design cycles, • Proven experience with packaging design (physical products, not just digital), • Ability to design for mass retail while maintaining a premium aesthetic, • Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, • Experience working with dielines, print vendors, and production files, • Strong typography, layout, and pattern-design skills, • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of organization and follow-through, • Experience designing for drinkware, accessories, or fashion-adjacent categories, • Familiarity with trend forecasting platforms or fashion/beauty trend cycles, • Experience with licensed brands or retailer-specific programs, • Work on products that ship to thousands of retail doors nationwide, • Influence real, physical products—not just screens, • Fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with room to grow, • Strong emphasis on design, trends, and innovation, • Collaborative team that values creativity and execution
