POSITION OVERVIEW Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Site Manger oversees the day-to-day operations of a multi-service primary care center in New York City. The Site Manager is responsible to the provision of effective administrative, financial and operational aspects of the health center, including both front-end and back-end operations. This position will ensure the delivery of a patient-centric primary care experience, foster a safe, trauma-informed care environment where staff are engaged, developed and invested in the vision and mission of the organization. This is a supervisory position. KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Operations • Direct oversight of Front Desk staff and other non-clinical support staff., • Oversight of schedule for all site staff (i.e. front desk staff, MA/LPNs, RNs, care coordinators, providers, etc.) to ensure seamless and adequate coverage., • Develop and monitor trends and provides action plans for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the practice operations, • In collaboration with the Director of Operations, responsible for the financial performance of the site. Monitor the budget, site expenses to project revenue and execute plans for budgeting variances., • Maximize patient throughput and review of cycle times by managing ongoing daily front and back office operations., • Reconcile site encounters on a daily basis to ensure accurate billing and encounters are closed in a timely fashion., • Oversight of cash collections relating the patient billing and AR at the center level., • Responsible for the overall appearance of the facility by conducting regular walk-through, filling out work orders, arranging routine and emergency maintenance visits for the building’s facilities., • Ensure facility is adequately stocked with necessary supplies and par levels are maintained., • Organize work around repeatable processes rather than one-off projects and takes a continuous improvement approach. South Beach Psychiatric Center (SBPC), an Office of Mental Health (OMH) Joint Commission accredited facility, is recruiting a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to provide case management to individuals with severe mental illness and become a member of SBPC’s Crisis Response Team (CRT). The CRT team responds to urgent mental health crises within the facility with the goal of preventing escalation or restrictive interventions. POSITION SUMMARY: The Human Resources department provides comprehensive support to CHASI staff team to ensure smooth people operations of the organization and to enhance staff satisfaction and effectiveness. Qualification Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in leadership role in nonprofit or corporate sector with demonstrated ability to strategically manage corporate partnerships and raise revenue through corporate engagement., • Demonstrated experience building and scaling a revenue-generating program; managing a significant portfolio and personally closing complex partnerships., • Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and develop partnerships that combine philanthropy, sponsorship, marketing, employee engagement, and other corporate interests within a holistic strategy., • Strong leadership skills, with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong business and management skills; demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate staff, donors, and potential partners a must., • Demonstrated experience overseeing and executing complex or multiple time-sensitive projects, including meeting financial goals, project deadlines, and coordinating the work of key staff and partners., • Strong comfort and desire to represent WCS externally; outstanding interpersonal skills, judgment, and ability to collaborate with a wide range of colleagues at the local and global levels., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Willingness and ability to travel, and to work evenings and/or weekends for events and corporate engagement opportunities., • Demonstrated interest in WCS's mission and the ability to translate complex priorities into compelling opportunities., • Experience working with nonprofits working with wildlife and/or conservation is a plus., • Bachelor's degree required. Workplace Conditions and Environment: Hybrid NYC-based position. Requires regular interaction with colleagues, donors, and leadership; occasional evening and weekend work for donor events; and periodic travel. The WCS Development team is in-office at the Bronx Zoo on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Compensation Compensation for the Director, Corporate Engagement is $170,000 - $190,000 annually commensurate with experience and includes a stellar package of employee benefits.
