Job Summary and Qualifications Administers respiratory care to patients as ordered by the attending physician. Clinic hours are Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. How You Improve Our Patients Lives! • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and obtain medical histories focused on allergy and sinus conditions., • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic allergic and sinus conditions, including allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, and asthma., • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including allergy testing, sinus CT scans, and pulmonary function tests., • Develop individualized treatment plans including medications, immunotherapy, and procedural recommendations., • Perform and assist with in-office procedures such as:, • Administration and supervision of allergy immunotherapy (SCIT and SLIT), • Nasal endoscopy, • Educate patients on disease management, treatment options, and medication use., • Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure continuity and quality of care., • Document all patient encounters accurately in EHR within 24 hours of their visit, • Oversee and manage both food and environmental allergy testing for patients by utilizing both Percutaneous Allergy Skin Testing and Intracutaneous Allergy Testing., • Provide pre-op and post-op evaluation and treatment after a variety of surgeon performed sinus procedures., • Develop relationships with referring medical providers and the local medical community., • Attend lunches and events with the assigned territory provider relationship rep. to help garner credibility and market Aspire., • Adhere to standard metrics:, • Testing: 50% minimum threshold, • Treatment: 30% minimum threshold, • IOP Conversion: 7% minimum threshold, • Other duties as assigned.
