Job Description Project Overview HireScale is partnering with a forward-thinking organization to elevate how HR and Talent teams operate through modern HRTech systems, process design, and adoption strategy. This is a fractional or full-service HRTech Consultant engagement focused on driving measurable business outcomes by improving how people systems are configured, adopted, and embedded across the organization. This is not a traditional HR systems implementation role. The focus is on turning HRTech into a true business performance engine—where systems, workflows, and user adoption directly improve hiring efficiency, compliance adherence, employee experience, and workforce scalability. You will operate at the intersection of HR operations, systems implementation, process transformation, and change management, with a strong emphasis on enabling real adoption—not just deployment. A key part of this role involves building internal momentum through stakeholder alignment, governance structures, and champion-led adoption models. This includes designing and optimizing HR workflows across systems such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, performance management, and workforce planning platforms, while ensuring compliance, auditability, and operational consistency. A critical expectation is the ability to influence across the organization—partnering with HR leadership, People Ops, and business stakeholders to build committees, champions, and operating cadences that drive sustained system usage and behavior change. The goal is not just to implement HR technology—it is to make HR systems stick, scale, and deliver measurable business impact across the employee lifecycle. Scope of Work & Core Capabilities • Design and optimize HR and Talent workflows across the employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, performance, development, retention), • Configure and enhance HRTech systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, performance management, and workforce planning tools), • Ensure compliance with relevant employment, labor, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, EEOC, SOC 2-aligned practices where applicable), • Translate HR strategy into scalable, system-driven processes and operating models, • Improve data integrity, reporting, and workforce analytics across HR systems, • Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption across HR and business teams, • Build and operationalize HRTech governance structures, including committees and steering groups, • Establish champion networks to increase system adoption and reinforce behavioral change, • Partner with HR leadership and People Ops to define KPIs, success metrics, and adoption benchmarks, • Identify friction points in HR processes and redesign them for simplicity, scalability, and compliance, • Train and support internal teams to ensure sustainable system usage and ownership, • Collaborate with IT, Security, and Finance teams to ensure system integration and compliance alignment Engagement Brief This engagement is focused on delivering measurable improvements in HR and Talent operations through effective HRTech implementation, adoption, and process transformation. Success is defined by system adoption, operational efficiency, compliance adherence, and improved workforce outcomes. • Target Outcomes: Fully adopted HRTech systems that improve hiring efficiency, employee experience, compliance management, and workforce visibility. Deliver standardized HR processes, strong governance structures, and measurable improvements in system usage and data quality. Ensure long-term sustainability through internal champions and embedded operating models., • Duration: 8–16 weeks (fractional or full-service depending on scope), • Commitment: Fractional or full-service engagement, • Budget: Flexible based on scope, complexity, and proposal, • Start Date: ASAP Portfolio Requirements: • 2–3 relevant projects in HRTech implementation, TA/ HR transformation, People Ops systems, or workforce technology strategy, • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership (problem → system/process design → rollout → measurable adoption or business outcome), • Clear evidence of impact (system adoption rates, process efficiency gains, compliance improvements, or workforce metrics), • Experience working across HRIS/ATS/LMS platforms and enterprise HR systems, • Proven ability to drive change management through stakeholder alignment, committees, and champion networks, • Supporting materials such as system documentation, rollout plans, governance models, or case studies preferred About HireScale HireScale is redefining how people and organizations grow and work together.
