In this role, you will manage the office's calendar, ensuring that all court dates, deadlines, hearings, and appointments are scheduled and met in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills to support attorneys and staff in handling their calendar. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain the firms daily, weekly, and monthly calendars for all court dates, hearings, depositions, and other critical events., • Ensure that all deadlines are met by tracking and reminding attorneys and staff of important dates., • Coordinate scheduling for depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and client meetings., • Communicate with opposing counsel, co-defendants, vendors and clients to confirm dates, times, and locations of scheduled events., • Input and track case-related dates in Merus case management software to ensure accurate records., • Prepare and distribute daily or weekly calendar reports to attorneys and staff, highlighting upcoming events and deadlines., • Assist in rescheduling depositions and meetings when necessary, ensuring that all parties are notified in a timely manner.

Job Description • Daily Review of Change of Conditions, New/Re-Admissions, Daily Rounds, and discussing during Clinical Rounds., • Monitor the Unit’s Risk Management Program and ensure all Incidents are reported timely, investigation reviews are completed daily., • Lead Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) incident review. Review Resident on the Falling Star Program., • May Attend Monthly/Quarterly QAPI Meetings as indicated., • Review Baseline Care Plan for accuracy and completion for all New Admissions (within 48 hours) and coordinate care with other IDT members for completion of sections and signatures., • Monitor residents with wounds. Coordinate with Treatment Nurses for interventions, preventative measures and other devices for proper application., • Monitor staffing Assignments/Schedules. Oversee Call-Offs/Replacements. Manage staff attendance and overtime., • Attend IDT Meetings, Daily Clinical rounds, Department Head Leadership Standup, Behavior Meetings, Wound and Weights Meeting, RNA meetings, Safety Meetings, QAPI Meetings, Risk Management Meetings, Clinical/Administration Team Meetings., • Manage Family and Resident Concerns. Escalate formal/significant complaints to Facility Leadership. Provide Re-Education/Interventions for Chart Audit Deficiencies and other performance-related concerns., • Meet and Greet with new Admissions to ensure customer satisfaction. And address any concern promptly. Attend Physician Rounds for Kaiser and Optum Rounds with SNE., • Address concerns/issues timely. Review Licensed Nurses Audits for follow-up and coordinate with Unit Clerk and Medical Records Director. Provide education or counseling if indicated., • Review all Discharged Medical Records for completion of documentation and other forms.
