We are now seeking a Human Resources Specialist with a background in teaching and EdTech recruitment experience recruitment to join our on-site team in Fort-Lee, NJ. Key Responsibilities • Source and recruit qualified educators and academic professionals, including tutors, admissions consultans and academic mentors., • Conduct interviews and manage the end-to-end hiring process, including candidate screening, feedback, and onboarding., • Build and maintain a strong teacher pipeline aligned with our academic needs., • Collaborate with internal departments to identify staffing needs and future recruitment goals., • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, and international teacher platforms to attract top talent., • Manage ATS records, track candidate progress, and ensure timely communication., • Oversee HR operations including contracts, compliance, and coordinating instructor payments based on submitted invoices., • Represent Scholege at education fairs and networking events to expand recruitment channels. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • Teaching background (former teacher or tutor) strongly preferred., • 2+ years of proven HR or recruitment experience, ideally within an education, EdTech or online learning organization setting., • Familiarity with academic programs (AP, IB, A Level, SAT, ESL) and student learning structures., • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills., • Experience with ATS systems, Microsoft Office, and online recruitment tools., • Highly organized with strong attention to detail., • Authorization to work in the U.S. Company Description
