Job Description LHH is assisting a law firm in Houston seek an Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation Specialist. This can be a hybrid role. Benefits: • Salary ranges from $80,000 - $100,000 DOE, • Hybrid role currently with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, • Discretionary bonus, • Paid parking by firm Requirements: • 3+ years of relatable experience, • Must bill 450 hours/year, • Knowledge of specific Intellectual Property rules and procedures, as well as keeps abreast of department guidelines, • Responsible for maintaining secondary docket and case and file management, including uploading email communications and documents to docketing and DMS systems, as well as, maintaining and updating files and client portals and attending any status meetings, • Effectively set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects, including preparation and maintenance of internal docket reports, charts, and to-do lists, • Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task (i.e. calendaring, meeting coordination, timesheet entries, travel plans, file openings), • Create, edit, format, and proofread documents, memoranda, correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations with the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail, • Proficient in IP Docketing System, inTapp Time Entry, Chrome River, iManage, Adobe and Microsoft programs Word, Excel and Outlook, • Annually complete eight (8) hours of continued technical education through the firm's training department, including, but not limited to, the IP Department specific training., • Employees approved for flexible work arrangements are expected to be available and maintain a practice of reliable, consistent attendance at all times during the employees scheduled work shift including, but not limited to, Zoom, email and voicemail, and by phone. Job Description LHH is assisting a downtown Houston Law Firm seek a Legal Biller. They need to fill this position asap. This position will support attorneys firm wide and focuses on billing and collection matters for numerous timekeepers, and requires working collaboratively with others in a team-oriented environment. Benefits: • Salary ranges from $60,000 - $78,000 DOE, • Work 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, • Firm pays for parking, • Newly renovated office with coffee/espresso machines and snacks in the kitchen, • Full Benefits package including medical, dental, life, short and long-term disability, 401K, • Firm stresses a work/life balance Requirements: • at least 3 years but prefer 5 years of experience as a biller at a law firm.
