Experience you will need: J.D. degree from an accredited law school. 2-5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in employment law and/or health care law. Experience in propounding and responding to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission. Proficient in taking and defending depositions. Good judgment and ability to work professionally with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
