Job Description Graphic Artist / Visual Designer (Full-Time) Anchor Apparel Company Custom Apparel & Promotional Products Company Overview Anchor Apparel Company is a rapidly growing, veteran-owned custom apparel and promotional products company. We are seeking a Graphic Artist / Visual Designer who can design at a high level, communicate confidently with customers, and support both creative and sales processes as we continue to scale. Key Responsibilities • Design high-quality graphics for print and digital applications, including apparel, promotional products, and branded materials, • Create social media graphics and short-form video content that aligns with brand standards and customer goals, • Collaborate directly with customers, discussing design concepts, revisions, and visual direction, • Support the sales process by assisting with design-driven conversations, quote adjustments, and helping close contracts when needed, • Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency in design, layout, content creation, and workflow automation, • Prepare production-ready artwork with strict attention to accuracy, sizing, and specifications, • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, • Collaborate closely with sales, production, and operations teams to ensure projects move smoothly from concept to completion Required Qualifications • Strong experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, including:, • Illustrator, • Photoshop, • InDesign, • After Effects or Premiere Pro (preferred), • Proven ability to design for both print and digital media, • Experience creating social media graphics and short-form video content, • Excellent verbal communication skills and comfort speaking directly with customers, • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand and production standards, • Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly Preferred Experience & Education • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Fine Arts, or a related field (a plus, not required), • Experience with Printavo, InkSoft, Zapier, and Jotform (strong plus), • Background in custom apparel, promotional products, or print production, • Experience working in a customer-facing or sales-support role Compensation, Benefits & Work Schedule (Full-Time, Florida-Compliant) • Employment Type: Full-Time, on-site (no remote work), • Work Schedule:, • Company hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, • Occasional flexibility or adjusted hours may be required based on workload, deadlines, or production needs, • Starting hourly wage: $18–$21 per hour, based on experience, skill level, and qualifications, • Final compensation will be evaluated and determined during the interview process, • Monthly performance bonus: 3% of company margins, following successful completion of a 90-day probationary period, • Healthcare and dental benefits available to eligible full-time employees, subject to plan terms, provider availability, and applicable waiting periods, • Benefit eligibility, coverage details, employee contributions, and enrollment timelines will be provided upon hire, • Opportunities for increased responsibility, performance-based compensation, and long-term growth as the company continues to expand What We Offer • Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company, • A collaborative, disciplined, and results-driven work environment, • Hands-on involvement in high-impact creative and customer-facing projects, • Performance-based incentives tied directly to company success, • Long-term career growth for the right candidate How to Apply Please submit: • Your resume, • A portfolio showcasing relevant print, digital, and social media work (website, PDF, etc) Employment Statement (Florida) Anchor Apparel Company is an equal opportunity employer.
