This is not a slow enterprise sales role. We are looking for a hungry, consistent, competitive sales rep who wants to move fast, make money, take direct coaching, and help build a fast-growing startup. We are looking for a high-volume sales closer to join us in Providence, RI. This is not an enterprise sales role where you work one whale account for six months and hope it closes. This is a high-volume, high-accountability, high-energy sales role where consistency wins. The Role As a Sales Executive at RestauRent, your job is simple: take meetings, close new venue clients, and help us scale. You will be fielding a heavy flow of inbound leads, running a high volume of sales meetings, conducting outbound prospecting, following up aggressively, and closing restaurants, bars, breweries, hotels, and event venues onto the RestauRent platform. The role is roughly 85% inbound and 15% outbound, but this is still a sales role that requires hunger, urgency, and ownership. You should be comfortable taking 125+ sales meetings per week, managing a fast-moving pipeline, making cold calls, following up quickly, and closing a high number of lower-ACV clients consistently. You will work directly under the CEO & Founder, who has personally run this exact sales motion for the past three years. The expectations are aggressive, but they are not theoretical. These are quotas, calls, and closes that have already been done. You are not being asked to run at a wall alone. We are running together. What You’ll Do • Run a high volume of sales meetings with restaurant, bar, brewery, hotel, and event venue operators, • Close new venue clients onto the RestauRent platform, • Field inbound leads and convert them into paying clients, • Conduct outbound prospecting to supplement inbound pipeline, • Make cold calls, send follow-ups, and keep deals moving quickly, • Manage a large pipeline with urgency and discipline, • Hit weekly, quarterly, and annual client close targets, • Work directly with the founder to improve scripts, objections, close rates, and sales process, • Help identify new cities, venue categories, and sales opportunities, • Push deals across the finish line without waiting to be told what to do Who We’re Looking For We are looking for someone hungry, coachable, competitive, and consistent. Once you are consistently performing and hitting quota, hybrid flexibility can be earned.
