Why We STAND OUT: • A company rooted in values of creativity, humor, compassion, acceptance, determination, and authenticity, • A supportive place, working with teammates and an ownership group that strives to facilitate a fun, supportive, inclusive, and comfortable environment, • Comfortable, furnished offices and a clinic environment in a state-of-the-art facility with easy access from the highway and ample parking space in Johnston, RI, • Your OWN office space to make your own, • Unique pay model with industry-leading compensation, • Option for remote telehealth as needed, • Flexible hours, • Designated administrative departments to aid your client in onboarding, scheduling, billing, claim processing, and technology that makes life easier., • Clinical case consult (Individual & Group), • Supervision provided for independent licensure, • Opportunity to develop specialized clinical groups, • Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a licensed mental health counselor (for pre-licensed candidates), • W-2 position Benefits • Health insurance, vision, and dental insurance, • 401 (k), • Total of 80 hours of PTO, • Eleven paid holidays (Your birthday is a holiday!), • Up to 30 paid CEUs (Continuing Education Units) from Ellie's library, • Quarterly team building and staff appreciation activitiesResponsibilities Include:, • Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy., • Provide therapeutic services for clients of all ages and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community., • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals., • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol., • For Full-Time status, clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week., • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed., • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings., • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of clients., • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including behavioral and trauma therapy, and incorporate select methods with clients., • Address gender issues in counseling sessions, fostering an inclusive environment., • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes., • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients., • Other stuff we probably forgot to add, but it is just as meaningful and important to your role ;)Required Qualifications and Skills:, • The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in outpatient settings and be skilled in various therapeutic modalities., • Candidates are required to have a masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and be on track to obtain licensure in their designated field., • Candidates should have clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LMHC, etc.) or be on track to licensure. (pre-licensed providers), • Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes., • Effective written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients., • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner., • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base, particularly with pediatric population +4 years old., • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)., • Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.
