American Traveler is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in West Jordan, Utah. Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: Physical Therapist, • Discipline: Therapy, • Start Date: 01/26/2026, • Duration: 13 weeks, • 36 hours per week, • Shift: 9 hours, days, • Outpatient care setting serving patients with neuromuscular and orthopedic conditions, • Work hours are 8a-5:30p with 9-hour shifts and 1 weekend per month required, • Assignment duration is 13 weeks, • Uses Epic for documentation; prior EMR use preferred, • Patient population includes individuals requiring strengthening, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and ADL retraining, • May require floating to other areas or sites as needed, • Responsibilities include performing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as patient education, strengthening, adaptive equipment training, manual therapy, and aquatic therapy as uniquely needed by patients, • Participates in documentation, program development, teaching, and clinical skills enhancement, • Applicants must be available for the in-state week of orientation regardless of remote module completion, • Must demonstrate flexibility in shifts, including weekends, holidays, and floating as required, • Scrub or dress code requirements will be outlined during orientation, • Radius restriction of 60 miles from facility applies; proof of permanent address required, • Return-to-work policy excludes candidates employed by CommonSpirit affiliates in the past year unless employed PRN through outside agencies\n \n Requirements\n, • Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice or compact (NLC) required; license required if applicable, • Minimum of 1 year of recent physical therapy experience, • Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC required, • Must submit a copy of driver’s license for consideration, • Two professional references required: one supervisor from the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, • Dry Needling Certification required only if performing dry needling, • Experience with Epic or similar EMR preferred\n Benefits\n, • High Pay and Bonuses, • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options, • 401(k) Plan, • Weekly Payroll Deposit, • Free Online CEUs, • Generous Housing Allowance, • Travel and Licensure Reimbursements, • Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy With thousands of travel nursing and allied jobs nationwide, our attentive and approachable recruiters find positions that align perfectly with your career aspirations and personal requirements.
