The TIPS Supervisor will work with TIPS Director and a team of Truancy Case Managers that are assigned to specific schools in the Northwest section of the City of Philadelphia. The program works in collaboration with the Philadelphia School District and the Philadelphia’s Department of Human Services (DHS), Community Umbrella Agencies (CUA), and other stakeholders with the mission to help children and youth improve their school attendance and address the issues that are impacting their ability to attain satisfactory school attendance and school achievement. EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS/ EXPERIENCE: A Master Degree in Social Work or related field with at least two years of supervisory and specific social service work experience.
