We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist focused exclusively on restaurants and bars to increase organic visibility, drive local traffic, and support reservations, events, and brand awareness across our food and beverage concepts. This role is ideal for someone who understands how diners search, how nightlife drives traffic, and how local SEO impacts foot traffic and revenue. Supervisory Responsibilities: SEO Strategy & Optimization • Develop and execute SEO strategies tailored to restaurants and bar concepts., • Conduct keyword research focused on dining, nightlife, events, branded searches, and “near me” queries., • Optimize on-page SEO elements including metadata, headers, internal linking, menus, and landing pages., • Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for restaurants and bars., • Maintain and optimize listings across Yelp, TripAdvisor, OpenTable, Resy, Apple Maps, and other relevant platforms., • Ensure name/address/phone consistency across all online directories., • Optimize menus, happy hour pages, special events, promotions, and seasonal offerings for search performance., • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align SEO with promotions, launches, and events, • Monitor online reviews and assess SEO impact related to ratings and engagement., • Support best practices for responding to reviews to improve local search performance., • Track SEO performance using SEO tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Google Search Console)., • Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions related to reservations, inquiries, and events., • Monitor competitor restaurants and bars within each market., • Identify trends and opportunities in dining and nightlife search behavior., • Strong expertise in local SEO and multi-location optimization., • Familiarity with menu SEO, event-driven content, and seasonal campaigns., • Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Search Console)., • Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills., • Familiarity with reservation and POS-integrated platforms (i.e. Tabit, OpenTable, Resy)., • 3+ years of SEO experience with restaurants, bars, or food & beverage brands., • Experience optimizing high-traffic, consumer-facing restaurant websites., • Experience working with multi-concept or multi-location restaurant groups., • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer., • Generous paid time off, • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, • 401(k) with company match, • Employee discount, • Referral program, • Flexible schedule, • Paid training, • Free parking
