Job Description Real Estate Field Support/Courier Wanted Part-Time (Mon/Fri/Sat). This is NOT for the Lazy or the Easily Frazzled St. Louis, MO metro area (job is based out of our Shrewsbury, MO office location) Part-time: Monday/Friday/Saturday (availability these days is a MUST) 15-20 hours per week Monday & Friday sample hours: 9/10 am - 3/4 pm Saturday sample hours: 2-4 hours (will vary and are flexible) Pay Rate $21 - $22/hour Tired of boring, brainless jobs? Good — this isn’t one. The Gellman team is hiring a Courier to support our world-class Real Estate Team — but not just anyone. This role IS for you if: • You’re wired to solve simple puzzles on the fly, • You take pride in being dependable and self-managed, • You enjoy staying busy and don’t need your hand held, • You like having structure but freedom in your day, • You’re the type who actually reads instructions and gets stuff DONE This role is NOT for you if: • You think “Courier” means sitting around scrolling your phone, • You panic when something doesn’t go exactly as planned, • You hate critical thinking or following procedures, • You’re looking for something “super chill” — keep swiping This is easy work for the right person — but not if you expect it to be a cakewalk. It’s not a typical Dasher-style (point A to B) job. There’s some hustle. Some logistics. Some critical thinking. Some accountability and problem-solving. • Reliable vehicle required (courier van provided for work), • Smartphone and basic tech skills needed, • Courier Trips include important marketing materials & time-sensitive items that need to be installed and done correctly the first time. Compensation: $21 - $22 hourly Responsibilities: • Deliver and install/set up new listing marketing materials, signs, sign riders, supra/lockboxes, and flyer boxes to our listings on a daily basis, • Picking up signs and lock boxes for closings, and as needed, • Deliver replenished marketing materials to listings and update signs and sign riders as needed, • Other miscellaneous trips include, but are not limited to, the post office, Chesterfield/St Charles office, title companies, supply stores, bulk mailing centers, and printing centers, • Act as a liaison between clients, agents, and the operations department, • Update and complete courier tasks in Salesforce daily, • Fleet Management - Oversight of Company vehicles, ensuring records are maintained, insurance, tags, etc, are up to date, performing routine and as-needed maintenance (oil changes), car washes, etc, • Office Supply and Inventory Management - Routine monitoring of all office supplies and inventory at both office locations, • Additional Operational support as needed Qualifications: • Smartphone with reliable cell and internet coverage, • Technologically proficient – familiarity with CRM systems for task management and Microsoft Office Suite for email preferred, • Customer service experience required, • Driving/delivery experience preferred, • Real Estate industry experience preferred, • Positive and cheerful attitude, • Team player, • Clean driving record -license verification will be performed, • Background check required through the St Louis Association of Realtors/Supra E-Key, • Local driving knowledge of North St Louis County, West County, South County, St Charles County, and the surrounding areas, • Reliable transportation to and from the office is required.
