Job DescriptionDescription: Hybrid in person as needed in either Savannah, GA or Athens, GA or Augusta, GA Our client seeks a Telecom Sales Engineer to build partnerships and drive market expansion for wireless and fiber connectivity solutions across Georgia. The role will develop and manage go-to-market relationships with wireless internet service providers and fiber providers, craft value propositions, and lead complex deal cycles. The position requires strong business development acumen, telecom domain knowledge, and the ability to work independently to open and grow dense commercial accounts. This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $50.00 to $60.00/hr. w2 JN -042026-106512 #LI-JS1 Responsibilities: • Prospect, develop, and execute new business relationships with wired, wireless, and hybrid service providers to add licensed wireless broadband to their portfolios., • Build and manage strategic go-to-market partnerships with wireless service providers and fiber companies to expand presence in Georgia, with emphasis on Savannah and surrounding markets., • Manage day-to-day partner engagement, pipeline, and opportunity progression., • Synthesize complex wireless and fiber concepts into clear, compelling value propositions and customer presentations., • Identify dense commercial accounts and IT spend using market insights to generate targeted opportunities., • Engage decision-makers and influencers to create leads and advance deals., • Collaborate with legal, operations, and product teams to negotiate complex contracts and service agreements., • Develop action-oriented account plans to establish and grow large partnerships., • Approximately 10 years of experience in business development or sales engineering in wireless telecommunications., • 3 to 8+ years of progressive, independent work experience opening and growing new markets., • Knowledge of wireless and fiber technologies., • Creative, hunter-oriented sales approach with the ability to align offerings to prospect needs., • Proven ability to identify and target dense commercial accounts and technology spend., • Strong ecosystem relationships and understanding of competitive landscapes., • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders., • Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and organizational skills., • Ability to collaborate across functional groups and operate in a fast-paced environment.
