Job Description Retirement Planners of America (RPOA) is a Dallas-based wealth management and investment firm with over $3.58 billion in assets under management and serving over 6,600 households in 48 states (as of 12/31/23). RPOA has 14 offices in Texas, Arizona, California, and Oklahoma. The firm's financial advisors work with pre-retirees and retirees, offering financial planning, investment management, Social Security planning, and income tax planning services. The RPOA team includes over 30 retirement planners all of them ready to help its clients build a plan to reach their retirement goals while protecting their investments. Job Description: A Retirement Concierge has an expectation of scheduling 30 qualified appointments per month & maintaining a 70% Held Appointment Rate or higher. Qualified candidates will have experience in sales, prospecting, and/or telemarketing, preferably in financial services. They must have a professional speaking voice and be comfortable asking qualifying questions over the phone. Must be highly motivated, organized, and be able to work independently with a solid work ethic. Job Responsibilities: • Set 30 qualified appointments for the Retirement Advisors., • Schedules appointments for Retirement Advisor with prospective clients by making outgoing calls and answering returning calls; operating telephone equipment, customer relationship management (CRM) system; and other telecommunications technologies. Job Qualifications: Education: • Currently pursuing an associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field., • If the candidate does not have a degree, extensive experience will suffice. Experience & Skills: • Experience in telephone sales preferred, prospecting, or telemarketing., • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills., • Proficient in data entry and CRM systems., • Highly organized with solid work ethic and persistence., • Energy and enthusiasm for engaging prospective clients., • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Work Environment: • Work hours are flexible between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, with schedules determined by your manager. You are expected to complete an 8-hour workday within this window. Additionally, to meet goals, an extra half-day on Saturday is required once a month.
