You are the strategic partner, financial guide, and trusted advisor who helps homeowners make confident, wealth-building decisions. Property Advisors run their own book of business, managing active pipelines, shaping client strategy, and driving revenue through trust, clarity, and execution.What You'll Do • Lead the full client journey from consultation to completed project with full ownership of outcomes., • Assess homeowner goals and financial position to identify the best Revive program fit., • Design and present property strategies including scopes, budgets, timelines, and expected ROI., • Collaborate cross-functionally with construction, design, and finance teams to execute projects seamlessly., • Negotiate, problem-solve, and influence decisions to align homeowner goals with profitable outcomes., • Manage and grow your book of business using HubSpot CRM with precision and accountability., • Refine the client experience by elevating communication, presentation, and process for consistent excellence., • Own your market performance; revenue, conversion rates, and client satisfaction define success.Who You Are, • You think like an owner: accountable, proactive, and results-driven., • You thrive in autonomy, taking full responsibility for your clients and outcomes., • You're confident leading high-stakes financial conversations with empathy and authority., • You communicate with clarity, anticipate needs, and build lasting trust., • You're strategic, balancing numbers, timelines, and relationships., • You care about execution as much as vision.Requirements, • 3–5+ years of consultative sales, client advisory, or real estate experience., • Proven success managing a book of business or high-value client portfolio., • Strong business acumen and comfort with financial analysis, ROI, and project scope., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills., • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred).
