We are currently seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Austin, TX team. This role is essential in ensuring our products are shipped accurately and efficiently to support CKD USA’s growing business operations. Position Requirements: • Verify shipping details, such as labels, addresses, and quantities for accuracy, inspect, and enter receipt of shipment and/or finished goods., • Prepare shipment of non-stock orders, carefully verifying identifying information and quantities., • Pull and prepare stock items accurately, verifying identifying information and quantities., • Notifying inside sales/customer service when parts are not on shelf., • Operate forklifts and other equipment to move and organize inventory., • Coordinate with carriers and schedule pickups for outgoing shipments as needed., • Inspect and maintain packaging materials to ensure shipments are secure and intact., • Track and document outgoing shipments using warehouse management software., • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to supervisors., • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company policies., • Manually, or using hand truck, performs various material handling duties in the facility., • Load and unload goods onto trucks as needed., • Perform the safe day to day activities of the warehouse while maintaining a clean work environment., • Achieve all product movement as directed by CKD Corporation, CKD USA management, and customer requirements., • Support inside and outside sales departments within CKD USA, ensuring customer satisfaction., • Implement corrective actions if deficiencies arise., • Maintain storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design and recommending improvements., • Conduct periodic physical inventory counts for certain products., • Work to continuously improve all warehouse functions., • Assist with warehouse and minor building maintenance., • Present a positive and respectful professional image towards co-workers and customers; lead by example and follow established policies and processes., • Make sound business decisions based on the best interest and goals of CKD USA., • Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Experience and Skills: • 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience required., • General knowledge of warehouse procedures., • Able to work as a team or independently., • Some Knowledge of PC and business enterprise software., • Follow safety rules., • Good housekeeping practices. Work Environment Requirements: The environmental conditions are that of a warehouse environment, forklift is used, lift truck and packaging equipment, working near moving equipment and mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, and vibration conditions are possible less than 1/3 of the time.
