Job DescriptionJob Title: Litigation Secretary Location: Seattle, Washington Schedule: Hybrid - 2 days onsite / 3 days remote following a 30-day onsite training period Salary: $77,000-$104,000 DOE Employment Type: Direct Hire Job Description: LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-respected law firm to identify an experienced Litigation Secretary to join their Seattle team. This role requires strong document production skills, Washington state litigation experience, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents including briefs, pleadings, motions, and correspondence, ensuring compliance with court rules and internal standards, • File pleadings and other documents in Washington state and federal courts, both electronically and traditionally, • Maintain and update electronic client files within the firm's document management system, • Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, and coordinating court dates, • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements, and related logistics, • Enter and review attorney time entries, apply appropriate billing codes, and process expense reimbursements, • Review vendor invoices, prepare check requests, and submit invoices for payment, • Assist with new client and matter intake processes, • Provide overflow and backup support to attorneys and legal staff as needed Qualifications:, • Minimum of five years of litigation legal secretary experience, • Washington state litigation experience required, • Strong knowledge of Washington state court rules, procedures, and filing requirements, • Experience preparing tables of contents and tables of authorities, • Proficiency with PACER, ECF, legal research platforms, docketing systems, and expense management software, • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), • Experience working within a document management system and time entry software, • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing deadlines Benefits:, • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, • 401(k) plan with profit sharing, • Paid sick leave in accordance with Washington state and Seattle ordinances, • 15 days of paid time off annually, • 10 paid holidays per year, • Access to telehealth services and additional voluntary benefit options Pay Details: $77,000.00 to $104,000.00 per year Search managed by: Keaton Anderson Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: • The California Fair Chance Act, • Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance, • Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, • San Francisco Fair Chance OrdinanceMassachusetts Candidates Only: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
