Job Description Position Overview The Millennia Companies seeking an Assistant Property Manager who has knowledge of residential housing and housing programs. The Assistant Property Manager reports to the Community Manager and shares responsibility for the overall operation and the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a well-managed and maintained Community.
