Job Description The Assistant Marketing Coordinator is the front door of the firm. You are the first voice potential new clients hear—and how well you do this job directly impacts revenue, reputation, and client experience. This role combines client intake, lead qualification, CRM management, and marketing execution. If you’re organized, metrics-driven, comfortable on the phone, and understand how to follow structure in a regulated environment, you’ll do very well here. If you don't like follow-ups, dashboards, or accountability—this is not the role for you. Compensation -Base Salary: $54,000. Bonus Potential: $9,200 annually. Total Comp Potential: $63,200 Compensation: $54,000 base salary + Responsibilities: • Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience, • Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep content current, • Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization, • Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand, • Respond to inbound leads within 10 minutes (yes, we track this), • Qualify and screen potential new clients using structured intake questions, • Identify urgency, motivation, legal issue fit, and potential conflicts for attorney review, • Schedule qualified leads for initial consultations—quickly and accurately, • Manage the full pre-engagement glidepath to improve show-up rates, • Prepare attorneys or sales staff with complete intake information, • Prepare engagement agreements and follow up for signature and payment, • Re-engage no-shows, non-signers, and leads who weren’t ready yet, • Assist with the execution and approval of digital, print, and social media marketing, • Maintain clean, accurate CRM data (Lawmatics preferred), • Track and report marketing KPIs, • Coordinate with third-party marketing vendors, • Research and schedule local networking and community outreach events, • Support the firm’s Strategic Marketing Plan Researching, identifying, and coordinating local marketing and business development opportunities, including: • Community events, • Professional networking groups, • Industry-related functions, • Chamber of Commerce and association events, • Registering, scheduling, and attending in-person networking events on behalf of the firm., • Representing the firm professionally at events to:, • Build awareness of the firm’s services, • Develop referral relationships, • Firm-sponsored events, • Community outreach initiatives, • Registration and scheduling, • Marketing materials and signage, • Timely CRM entry, • Proper source attribution, • Structured post-event follow-up, • Leads generated, • Referrals initiated, • Consultations scheduled, • Maintaining a consistent, professional brand presence at all events.Qualifications:, • 2 or more years of experience in an ad agency environment or related environment, • Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape, • Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity, • Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills, • BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required, • Client intake or client services (law firm, professional services, or healthcare preferred), Marketing coordination or execution, • Qualify and screen inbound leads, • Ask structured intake questions, • Assess urgency and motivation, • Identify fit vs. non-fit prospects, • CRM experience (Lawmatics strongly preferred; HubSpot/Salesforce acceptable), • Comfortable with high-volume phone work and follow-ups, • Able to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalismAbout Company We help businesses when they have to go to court so they can go back to making money.
