Summary Objective The Cloud & Systems Administrator is responsible for managing, securing, and optimizing the company’s Microsoft 365 and Intune environments while supporting core networking and infrastructure systems. This role ensures reliable collaboration tools, endpoint management, and network operations while contributing to IT projects, security initiatives, and compliance readiness. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and acts as a thought leader by recommending improvements and leveraging technology to drive business outcomes. Essential Functions Cloud & Microsoft 365 Administration • Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams., • Administer Azure Active Directory, identity policies, and security groups., • Manage Intune for device enrollment, compliance, application deployment, and endpoint security., • Monitor and enforce data retention, DLP, and compliance policies., • Handle licensing, access rights, and user onboarding/offboarding processes., • Monitor, troubleshoot, and support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall configurations., • Assist with system and network upgrades, patching, and performance monitoring., • Support implementation of NAC, VLANs, and routing/switching best practices., • Implement and monitor security measures across Microsoft 365, Intune, and network systems., • Support MFA, conditional access, and endpoint compliance policies., • Assist with recovery, backup, and business continuity procedures., • Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for escalated IT incidents and requests., • Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base content., • Maintain accurate asset inventory of hardware, software, and licensing., • Research and recommend new tools, techniques, and practices to improve IT services., • Act as a thought leader within IT, helping the business adopt secure, scalable, and efficient technology solutions. Qualifications Education & Certification • CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA (preferred)., • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent (preferred)., • 3+ years administering Microsoft 365 tenants in a business environment., • 2+ years supporting network and infrastructure systems (switching, routing, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls)., • Hands-on experience with Intune device and application management., • Experience with identity management, conditional access, and MFA., • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills., • Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)., • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences., • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment., • Forward-thinking with the ability to act as a thought leader and change driver. Working Conditions Full-time, on-site with occasional remote flexibility. Participation in on-call rotation and after-hours maintenance as required. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Location This position will work out of our Main Office in Jacksonville, FL. . Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require occasional weekend work. Travel Anticipated up to 10% travel for this position between the different Stellar Energy offices in Jacksonville. Work Authorization Must be authorized to work in the USA.
