What You'll Do • Listings: lead the full process — prep, photos, MLS input, marketing, showings, feedback, • Transactions: coordinate every deal from contract to close, keep clients and agents informed, • Systems: build and refine the SOPs, checklists, and automations that keep the team running, • Communication: be the central hub between agents, clients, vendors, lenders, escrow, and TC, • Marketing: crank out single-property sites, social posts, email blasts, and listing content using AI tools and templates we'll provide, • Admin: CRM hygiene (Follow Up Boss), document management, scheduling, file management Who You Are Required • 1–2+ years in real estate ops, transaction coordination, or a comparable detail-heavy role, • You've successfully managed listings or coordinated transactions through close, • Organized to a fault — you don't drop balls, • Strong written and verbal communication, • Daily user of Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools — you've used them to write emails, summarize docs, draft listings, and solve problems. This is non-negotiable., • Comfortable in Canva (or willing to learn fast) for marketing assets, • Familiar with real estate tools: MLS, a CRM, DocuSign, Skyslope, or Dotloop, • Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or any AI coding tool, • You've built automations in Zapier, Make, or Apps Script, • You've created custom GPTs or AI workflows for a previous role, • $60,000–$90,000 base depending on experience (top of range = strong AI/tech proficiency), • Performance bonuses on closed transactions and team milestones, • Direct mentorship from Justin Borges, a top-producing agent, • A clear path to grow into an agent or marketing lead role Responsibilities: • Lead the listing process end-to-end: property prep, photography, MLS input, marketing, showings, and feedback, • Manage transaction coordination from contract to close, keep agents, clients, and vendors aligned and on schedule, • Build and refine operational systems, SOPs, and AI-driven automations that scale with the team, • Execute marketing for listings, including single-property sites, social posts, email campaigns, and listing content using Canva, Claude, and ChatGPT, • Serve as the central hub between agents, clients, lenders, escrow, TC, and vendors; strong communication is non-negotiable, • Maintain CRM hygiene in Follow Up Boss and oversee document management, scheduling, and team admin, • 1–2+ years in real estate operations, transaction coordination, or a comparable detail-heavy role, • Daily user of Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools — you've used them to write, summarize, and solve problems in a real workflow (non-negotiable), • Proven track record in managing listings or coordinating transactions through close, • Strong organizational skills — you can juggle 10+ active files without dropping balls, • Excellent written and verbal communication with agents, clients, and vendors, • Familiarity with real estate tools: MLS, a CRM (Follow Up Boss preferred), DocuSign, and Skyslope or Dotloop The Borges Team, led by Justin Borges out of the Old Town Pasadena office, serves real estate buyers, sellers, and investors across the Greater Los Angeles area.
