The Assistant General Counsel – Contracts & Transactions provides legal advice and services in the areas of commercial contracts, real estate and environmental matters, construction issues, intellectual property, as well as general contracts support on a broad range of commercial agreements on a companywide basis. Job Description The Senior Project Manager – Data Center BAS & EPMS is responsible for leading mission-critical Building Automation System (BAS) and Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS) projects from design through commissioning and turnover. This role ensures high‑reliability delivery for hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center environments where uptime, accuracy, and compliance are essential. The Senior Project Manager acts as the primary client interface, oversees multi‑discipline teams, manages budgets and schedules, and ensures that all systems are delivered to data center industry standards.
