Responsibilities · Travel to patients’ homes, rehabilitation facilities, and healthcare offices throughout New Jersey. · Deliver, set up, and install lymphedema compression pumps and related equipment. · Educate patients and caregivers on the proper use, care, and maintenance of their equipment. · Ensure patients are comfortable and confident operating their pump before leaving the visit. · Complete all required documentation accurately and obtain necessary patient signatures. · Coordinate with the scheduling, billing, and clinical teams to ensure exceptional patient care. · Maintain a professional appearance and provide outstanding customer service during every patient interaction. · Follow all HIPAA, company, and safety policies and procedures.
