In conjunction with clerical schedulers and technologist Maintains a constant workflow with the technologist. Assist physician during biopsy procedures as needed. Maintain supplies pertaining to Mammography. Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for imaging diagnosis and image guided treatment. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required. Obtain mammographic analog/digital images as well as other images: This task includes the proper setting of exposures factors and imaging equipment to obtain high quality images for diagnosis by the radiologist. Train other associates and students in special procedures. Brooklyn Community Living Program provides services to adults with a severe mental illness, a DSM diagnosis is required for a client to be eligible for services and need of housing. Brooklyn, Queens and Jamaica Programs are scattered site housing and do not have clients living in one building STATEMENT OF THE JOB: Under the direction of the Clinical Director, the Residence Supervisor has responsibility for clinical, physical plant operations, rehabilitative and recovery, case management and administrative supervision in CCNS’s residential services.
