Responsibilities • Provide individual and/or group clinical supervision to eligible clinicians and supervisees., • Support clinicians in developing effective treatment plans and appropriate clinical interventions., • Review clinical documentation and provide feedback regarding quality, accuracy, and compliance., • Provide consultation regarding complex cases, risk assessment, crisis situations, and clinical decision-making., • Support clinicians in maintaining appropriate professional boundaries and ethical standards., • Assist with onboarding and ongoing clinical development of therapists., • Promote the use of evidence-based and client-centered therapeutic approaches., • Maintain appropriate supervision documentation and records., • Collaborate with practice leadership regarding clinical needs, policies, and quality improvement., • Remain current with applicable New Jersey social work regulations, licensing requirements, and ethical standards. In support of our students, our teachers are also Advisors to between 12-15 students for the duration of their high school career.
