This role provides direct supervision and coaching to Wraparound Coordinators and ensures alignment with Wraparound principles, Medicaid guidelines, and organizational policies. Core responsibilities include oversight of clinical service authorizations and utilization reviews, monitoring care coordination activities, and ensuring timely, compliant documentation. The Wraparound Supervisor leads recruitment efforts, including interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff. They also support workforce credentialing by guiding employees through the Florida Certification Board (FCB) certification process, ensuring staff receive the required supervision hours for Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager (CBHCM) status and other relevant credentials. In addition to staff supervision, the Wraparound Supervisor is responsible for ensuring adherence to all agency policies, procedures, and fidelity measures. This includes leading quality improvement initiatives, promoting cross-system collaboration, and fostering a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, family-centered approach. Wraparound Facilitator Certification, Wraparound Coaching Certification, and FCB CBHCMS credentialing are required for this position.
