Job Description Job Title: Cruise Operations Support Specialist Reports to: Cruise Operations and Logistics Location: Seattle (On-site) Overview As a Cruise Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the Cruise Division team in Seattle with various administrative and clerical tasks relating to our mobility equipment rentals for customers traveling on cruise ships and/or to resorts and residences. What That Actually Involves • Assist with port ID renewals or new staff requests., • Support with emergency on-call service., • Assist with database data entry for equipment re-location and transfers., • Assist with clarifying equipment availability for the reservations department to facilitate orders., • Act as the primary point of contact for all Solution Center inquiries., • Gather and assemble all delivery staff information needed for the cruise line and port access submissions., • Submit weekly equipment delivery lists to all cruise lines using established cruise line web programs and/or our database delivery reports., • Ensure all cruise line web programs and staff are up-to-date with the new driver and vehicle information., • Submit requests to cruise lines for special arrangements for equipment rentals., • Review all submission confirmations for errors and changes., • Submit weekly port security clearances for all CV locations worldwide., • Review delivery reports and notifications of errors, i.e., dates, ships, and missing information., • Act as a liaison between the Cruise lines for miscellaneous requests for information., • Perform other administrative duties, as required. What You Will Need • 3+ years of office support experience., • Cruise industry knowledge is preferred., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is a must., • Flexible and able to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays., • Exceptional organizational and time management skills and attention to detail., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, telephone manners, and IT literacy., • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. The employee must be able to consistently engage in scheduled huddles, meeting (in-person/virtual) and/or team discussions using various platforms as assigned by your manager, • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing., • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities with attention to detail and responsiveness., • Ability to work independently while also collaborating in a team environment., • Onsite Work Requirements:, • Must follow all operational and safety procedures without any exception, • Must be available during assigned shifts unless otherwise approved by management., • Must be able to work every weekend (mandatory)., • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment., • Technology Use:, • Ability to operate a computer, phone, and standard office equipment for extended periods, • Proficiency or willingness to learn digital platforms for communication, documentation, and task management., • Attendance and Time Commitment:, • Regular attendance is required for the shifts scheduled., • Timely responsiveness and presence during meetings and operational check-ins are expected., • Occasional flexibility to assist with any urgent operational needs Who We Are Scootaround is North America’s leading mobility enhancement company.
