ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Scott Frindell - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information in person, on the phone and electronically., • Assist customers with policy changes and updates., • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers., • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions., • Pivoting to other lines of business and asking for referrals., • Make changes to customers policies.QUALIFICATIONS:, • Communication and interpersonal skills., • Detail-oriented and able to multitask., • Previous customer service experience preferred., • Intelligent and honest.
