Line Cooks: $25 Prep Cooks: $21 Responsible for cooking menu items, with a strong passion for food, technique, and an eagerness to learn more. Pastry Cooks: $23 Responsible for the daily preparation of pastry items for service in the restaurant. Support: $14.50 + Tips Support role encompasses setting up the dining room, setting tables, clearing tables, pouring water, running food, working with servers and expediters, resetting the dining room, polishing glassware and various tasks that support service at the restaurant.
